Arataki Trip

                                                  Arataki trip

On 11 May we went to the Native bush at Arataki. When we arrived at Arataki we had morning tea. After that there’s was some visitor told us to clean our shoe for the long walk and the sick Kauri tree. We were walking in the bush and everybody saw “a tui!” The special thing is it can mock other birds calls. We also saw the biggest Kauri tree but that one is sick.  It won’t lost  that long.

After that we went back to have lunch. When we were done Miss Kay told  us to come fast so we can go to the visitor center. We got there like about 5 minute because we weren’t listening to the teacher. Miss Kay told us to sit on the chair. When we stopped talking Miss took us up the stairs. My leg was so tired because of the bush walk and the stairs but lucky we are already there. Miss split us into two people. I was with Aj for the word find. After that we came down for the movie it was called the Arataki Ranger’s. The movie was so cool because it showed everything about Arataki.

Finally we went back to school. It was fun and awesome. I enjoyed myself at  Arataki.
